It is a restaurant of modern Greek cooking where traditional mediterranean tastes, from precious greek products, meet the modern techniques.
An excellent selection of wines by greek vineyard stored in wine fridge cabinet and have sellected by Sommelier is available for you. There is the possibility to serve a glass of wine with Coravin system. Thanks to Coravin (technology allowing to pour wine without removing the cork) nearly all wines – including fine wines – are served per glass.
Vivarium’s philosophy has always been to support wines with good food.
